Giveaway Rules: Participant must be 18 years of age or older. To be eligible for the giveaway drawing participant most enroll through this website ONLY (www.clayvic.com/LRP) in a Life Event Legal Services plan offered by Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. A complimentary Wal-Mart gift card valued at $10, $15 or $20 will automatically be sent out to the name and address on the approved membership enrollment application. The complimentary gift card will be sent within one (1) to two (2) weeks of application approval. Each new member will automatically be entered in the $500 gift card giveaway. Multiple entries into the Giveaway are as follows: Enroll in the Standard Family Legal Services Plan and receive one (1) Giveaway entry and a $10 complimentary gift card; Enroll in the Standard Family Legal Services Plan, with the Identity Theft Shield and receive two (2) Giveaway entries and a $15 complimentary gift card; Enroll in the Expanded Family Legal Plan = 2 entries; Enroll in the Expanded Family Legal Plan, with the Identity Theft Shield and receive three (3) Giveaway entries and a $20 complimentary gift card. The Giveaway drawing will be held on January 15, 2011. Giveaway entry will begin on December 15, 2010. All membership applications must be accepted no later than December 30, 2010 by 4:00 pm EST. The winner of the drawing will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address on their application. The winner will have 48 hours to respond, verifying their enrollment into the giveaway drawing. The $500 gift card will be mailed by certified mail, meaning a signature will be required. The winning gift card will be sent within two (2) to three (3) weeks of the drawing. There will be ONLY ONE gift card awarded per giveaway period. If the winner does not respond in the allotted time they will forfeit the winning gift card. There will not be a runners-up drawing. Giveaway winner name will be posted at www.clayvic.com/LRP . All new members enrolling on or after December 31, 2010 and not awarded the winning $500 gift card can request to be included in future giveaway drawings by sending a “request to be included in the giveaway” e-mail to Giveaway@clayvic.com. Each request will only be valid for the ongoing giveaway. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
